This privacy policy explains how AIKontent collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit aikontent.ai or use our software. We write our policies in plain English so you know how your data is handled.

2. Data we collect

We collect data you provide to us directly and data generated when you use our platform.

When you sign up for a free 7-day trial or submit a contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name and selected plan. No card is needed to request a trial. If you choose a Starter plan at $29 per month or a Pro plan at $79 per month, our payment process hooks handle your account details.

When you use the product, we process the content you enter and generate. This includes your topics, briefs, brand voice guidelines, text drafts and edits.

We also collect basic server logs when you visit our website or app. These logs record your IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of access. We keep these logs for security and system monitoring.

3. Data we do not collect

We do not use advertising trackers on our website or within our software. We do not use third-party analytics tools to track your behavior across other sites. We never sell your personal data to anyone.

4. How we use your data

We use your data to operate, maintain and provide our software. Specifically, we use your information to:

Your content belongs to you. We store the briefs, topics, brand voice details and generated drafts you enter into your workspace so your team can plan, edit and publish content.

Customer content is not used to train shared models without your explicit consent. We respect the confidentiality of your drafts and marketing copy.

AIKontent uses only strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are required for fundamental site features, such as keeping you signed into your account and maintaining workspace security while you edit copy. We do not use cookies for marketing or tracking across external sites.

8. Data retention

We keep your personal data and customer content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account or stop using AIKontent, we retain your data until you request its deletion.

When you request account deletion by contacting privacy@aikontent.ai, we delete your personal data, workspace content and account records within 90 days.

You have clear rights regarding your personal data. You can request to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you.
